Chef Adam Waugh~

Born and raised in the Great Lakes Region, Chef Adam Waugh grew up amidst farms, orchards, ranches, and vineyards developing a connection with the land, the farmers, and the ranchers around him. Coming of age exploring and absorbing the diverse cuisines and purveyors of the region. He honed his skills and found inspiration as a chef as a young man traveling and living in France, Spain, Italy, California, and New York working in a variety of kitchens and with several world renowned chefs. Letting his love of great food, people, and cultures guide him to the next destination. Along the way he also developed his skills as a farmer and vinter studying Organic, Permaculture, and Bio-dynamic farming, grape cultivation, and wine making in Michigan, France, Italy, California, Hawaii, Montana, and New York.

Chef Adam’s cuisine draws from the vast and wide ranging experiences, cultures, and chefs that have inspired him over the years. He has a deep love and passion for classical French, Italian, and Spanish cuisines and a never ending curiosity to explore and learn new cuisines and dishes from around the world.

Chef Adam is committed to working with local farmers, ranchers, and food craftspeople in providing the best possible dining experience for his guests. He is driven by a love and passion of bringing people together around amazing food!
